Looking at the transition of deformation, the nature of the object lends to the ability of returning to its original state over time.
As deformation continues in a particular direction, however the form becomes more of a surface.
The definition of the object can be reduced in the form, leading to a more amorphous shape.
It is interesting when the form starts to evolve into a surface. It might be fun to stretch this into a plan and see the topology of the surface.
ReplyDeleteThe object is barely recognizable in the final iteration, which I find interesting. The curvature of the form begins to dissipate, perhaps a small matrix study exploring the intricate curvature could be produces that begins to exaggerate those intricacies.
ReplyDeleteNo matter how the parts of the this piece change, the structural profile line are very clear and giving the identity to these different versions of change.
